Sunridge Introductory Agency acts as a recruitment and introduction service, to identify and introduce a suitable self‑employed carer to you. We carefully vet every carer we work with, conducting full background checks and ensuring they have the right experience, training, and values to meet each client’s unique needs. All candidates are checked for a clear and current DBS, up‑to‑date training, liability insurance, relevant experience, and verified references before their profiles are shared with you.

Once we understand what matters most to you, we’ll present up to three thoughtfully selected carer profiles. You can take your time reviewing them and choose the person who you feel fits your home, routines, and your personality best. As the employer, you would pay the carer directly. All carers are self‑employed professionals and are responsible for their own National Insurance and Income Tax.

The carers we introduce provide personalised support that protects independence, honours daily rhythms, and upholds each person’s sense of self. The preferred length of stay is typically six to eight weeks, with carers able to return after a break, though arrangements can always be tailored to suit individual needs.
