What We Look For
We are seeking self‑employed carers who can confidently provide:
- Support with everyday household tasks, including light cleaning, laundry, ironing, and general organisation
- Fresh, nutritious meal preparation
- Assistance with errands such as grocery shopping and collecting prescriptions
- Personal care support, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Warm companionship, meaningful conversation, and engagement in activities
- Observation and reporting of any changes in a client’s health or wellbeing to their family
- A consistently safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in live-in care roles (Mandatory)
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, respectful approach
- Ability to manage time well and prioritise tasks
- Full driving licence (Preferred)
- Up‑to‑date care certificates
- Enhanced DBS
- Self‑employed status
- Proof of identity and right‑to‑work in the UK
- Professional references
